You will use our proprietary collection software, Suzuki Collection System (SCS), to track and manage your collections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect overdue payments from customers in the Dewi Sartika area
• Use Suzuki Collection System (SCS) to track and manage collections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection
• Report on collections and customer interactions to the team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Suzuki Collection System (SCS)
• Knowledge of financial services and collections
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid ID and transportation
• Ability to work in the Dewi Sartika area of East Jakarta
