📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute product strategies.
• Gather and analyze market needs, translating them into product requirements.
• Work with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or PMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
