📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with branch managers to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial training and support to branch staff.
• Monitor budget performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive financial excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Certification in CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
