📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting gap analyses and audits to identify areas for improvement in quality management systems.
• Developing and implementing detailed plans for the implementation of ISO management systems.
• Providing ongoing support and training to clients to ensure continuous compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality management systems into overall business strategies.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on audit findings and recommendations.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Assisting in the development of internal training programs for clients.
• Ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with ISO guidelines and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in a consulting or auditing role.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant management system standards.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and project management tools like MS Project.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
