📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell beauty products to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product recommendations
- Stock and organize retail displays to create an appealing and inviting shopping environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that retail spaces are well-stocked and organized
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Engage with customers to build brand loyalty and drive repeat business
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with beauty products and brands is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
- Must be able to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
