As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT), managing our Security Operations Center (SOC), and implementing and maintaining our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Monitor and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Implement and maintain the SIEM system to aggregate and analyze security logs and events.
• Develop and update security policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide security awareness training to employees to promote a culture of security.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the security of our digital infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Report security findings and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on VAPT, SOC, and SIEM.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus.
• Proficient in using tools like Nessus, Metasploit, Wireshark, and Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud security and AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
