PT Cakrawala Rahayu is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance and organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Associate in Learning and Performance (CALP), are a plus.
