In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and a passion for building strong employer-employee relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for specific roles.,Creating and managing job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various recruitment channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role in the recruitment industry.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends in Samarinda and Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
