📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure productivity targets are met.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
