📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media metrics and KPIs to management.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
