Oversee the construction and maintenance of urban development projects,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards,Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors,Inspect and approve construction work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services,Monitor project progress and report to senior management,Develop and implement safety and quality control procedures,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field),Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and ability to travel🛠️ Keahlian
