Provide exceptional patient care and support to ensure a positive admission experience.,Assist patients with registration, paperwork, and any other administrative tasks.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless admission processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Promote a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and their families.,Assist with patient transportation and escort services as needed.,Provide information and resources to patients and their families regarding hospital policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a patient service or admissions role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hospital admission processes and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid nursing license and certification (if applicable).
