📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data center, including hardware, software, and network management.,Ensure the data center meets all security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve data center efficiency, reliability, and performance.,Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT services.,Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Plan and execute maintenance and upgrade activities to keep the data center running smoothly.,Ensure the data center is prepared for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in data center operations or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing data center infrastructure.,Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.,Certifications in IT infrastructure management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
