Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Manage the financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.,Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Oversee the financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with the last 5 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.,Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.,Strong understanding of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
