Code Easy Mandiri is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure high-quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and internal teams regarding technical documentation,Participate in product development cycles to ensure documentation is aligned with product features,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation effectiveness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role,Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
