SHIFT Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.,Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.,Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
