Life Place Group is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials to operate efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying purchasing needs to negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.,Manage the procurement process, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities and spend.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
