Seahub Media Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant with proficiency in Mandarin to join our E-Commerce project team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth project operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both in English and Mandarin, and a strong understanding of e-commerce processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing project schedules and deadlines.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.,Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, document preparation, data entry, and filing.,Manage and maintain project-related files and records.,Support in organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and taking minutes.,Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.,Provide support in the coordination of vendor and supplier communications.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Fluent in both English and Mandarin.,At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good understanding of e-commerce processes and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
