Cafe Fajar Shop is looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all café operations are running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the café.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.
