Makmur Dewi Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the restaurant.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
