In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs and employee development.,Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
