📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal operation and uptime.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT systems.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.,Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Train and mentor junior system administrators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.,Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure for a medium to large organization.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and technical skills.
