📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock to meet demand.
  • Conducting regular audits of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and analyzing supply chain reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of supply chain activities.
  • Implementing supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
