📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.,Conduct thorough testing and analysis of software and hardware products to identify and resolve any issues or defects.,Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate new tools and techniques into our quality assurance processes.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of quality assurance efforts and any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software and hardware testing.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing QA teams.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies, including test automation, defect tracking, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
