In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
