Sentral Jaya Auto Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable and receivable records.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.,Process payroll for employees and ensure timely payment.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Provide assistance in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
