Bay Store Sejahtera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience looking to build a career in accounting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Prepare and maintain budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and work papers.,Provide ad-hoc support to the accounting team as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Previous internship or work experience in accounting is a plus.
