Cafe Joko Spareparts is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and equipment.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist with IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong customer service skills.
