PT Galih Tambang is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize social media channels to increase engagement and followers.,Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.,Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media.,Analyze and report on campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
