📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of daily operations.,Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of operational activities.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and documentation.,Assist in the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.,Provide support during operational audits and reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
