📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to improve logistics processes.
  • Implement and monitor logistics policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the logistics team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational goals and targets.
  • Certifications in logistics management (e.g., APICS, CILT) are a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
