📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
