📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support end-users with technical issues and provide IT solutions.,Monitor and maintain IT equipment and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high levels of system performance and security.,Provide technical support to remote and on-site users.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).,Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
