📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department, including setting goals and objectives.,Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Facilitate communication between the department and other departments or stakeholders.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of departmental budgets and financial reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a requirement.
